आवश्यक शैक्षणिक पात्रता –

कल्याण अधिकारी	Official holding analogous post under State Government
सहयोगी प्राध्यापक	Master’s Degree in Optometry/ Master of Philosophy in Optometry (M. Phil) from a recognized University
सहायक प्राध्यापक	Good Academic record with at least 55% of marks or equivalent grade at Master’s Degree level in the relevant subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from a foreign University
व्याख्याता	Post-Graduate qualification in Dentistry i.e. Master of Dental Surgery in concerned specialty/subject from a recognized institution or equivalent
वैज्ञानिक सहाय्यक सह छायाचित्रकार	Degree in Science with at least second class from a recognized University
उप. नगररचनाकार	Degree in Regional/Town Planning from a recognized University/Institution or equivalent
स्थापत्यशास्त्रातील सहयोगी प्राध्यापक	Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Architecture with First Class or equivalent either in Bachelors or Masters Degree
उपसंचालक	At least 2nd Class Master’s Degree of a recognized University or equivalent. Degree in Teaching/Education of a recognized University or equivalent
वरिष्ठ ऑर्थोपेडिक सर्जन	A recognized Medical qualification included in the First and Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualification) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii) Post-graduate degree in the speciality concerned.
अध्यक्ष	A person shall not be qualified for appointment as President, unless he is, or has been, a Judge of the High Court; as per Rule 3(1) of the Consumer Protection Rules, 2020.
सदस्य	A person shall not be qualified for appointment as a Member unless he is of not less than forty years of age as per Rule 3(2) of the Consumer Protection Rules, 2020.

सदस्य	A Member shall receive a pay equivalent to the pay at minimum of the scale of pay of an Additional Secretary of the State Government and other allowances as are admissible to such officer as per Rule 4(2) of the Consumer Protection (Salary, Allowances and conditions of Service of President and Members of the State Commission and District Commission) Model Rules, 2020
