Gk update । आंध्र प्रदेश मंत्रिमंडळाने नुकत्याच घडलेल्या हैदराबाद येथील सामूहिक बलात्कार हत्याकांड प्रकरणामुळे ‘दिशा विधेयक 2019’ हे विधेयक मंजूर केले आहे. या विधेयकामुळे बलात्कार आणि सामूहिक बलात्काराच्या गुन्ह्यांसाठी फाशीची शिक्षा ठोठावण्याचा मार्ग मोकळा झाला असून अशा प्रकरणांच्या खटल्यांमध्ये निकाल २१ दिवसांच्या आत निकाली काढण्यात येणार आहे.
बलात्कार आणि सामूहिक बलात्कार, अ‍ॅसिड हल्ले, स्टॅकिंग, व्ह्यूयूरिझम, लैंगिक छळ आणि त्याखालील खटल्यांसह महिला व मुलांवरील विशिष्ट गुन्ह्यांसाठी विधेयक 2019 आणण्यासाठी मंत्रिमंडळाने मान्यताही दिली.

Andhra Pradesh Cabinet approves ‘Disha Bill 2019’
Gk update । The Andhra Pradesh Cabinet has approved the ‘Direction Bill 2019’ on the recent rape case in Hyderabad. The bill has cleared the way for the death penalty for rape and gang rape cases, and the outcome of these cases will be resolved within three days.
The Cabinet also approved to introduce Bill 2019 for specific offenses against women and children, including rape and gang rape, acid attacks, stacking, voyeurism, sexual harassment and prosecution.
