Gk Update । केंद्र सरकार 2024 मध्ये डिजिटल रेडिओ चा शुभारंभ करेल अशी घोषणा माहिती व प्रसारण मंत्री प्रकाश जावडेकर यांनी नवी दिल्ली येथे वार्षिक आकाशवाणी पुरस्कार सोहळ्यादरम्यान केली.
2024 पर्यंत भारतात डिजिटल रेडिओ सादर करून आकाशवाणी म्हणून अधिकृतपणे ओळखल्या जाणा ऑल इंडिया रेडिओचे नूतनीकरण करण्याची केंद्र सरकारची योजना आहे. देश त्यावेळी तंत्रज्ञानाने सुसज्ज असेल.
अखिल भारतीय रेडिओ 1956 पासून आकाशवाणी म्हणून अधिकृतपणे ओळखले जाते. हे भारताचे राष्ट्रीय सार्वजनिक रेडिओ प्रसारक आहे आणि प्रसार भारती हा विभाग आहे. त्याची स्थापना 1936 मध्ये झाली.
जावडेकर या वेळी म्हणाले “ऑल इंडिया रेडिओ ही एक संस्था आहे जी लोकांच्या जीवनाचा एक भाग आहे, मग ती संगीत, बातमी किंवा मनोरंजन असू शकते”.

Launch “Digital Radio” in the country in 2024
